Elena Gavrilova is a certified business consultant focusing on quality, people development, project and change management. She has delivered various projects in complex and multicultural environments, and numerous interactive workshops both locally and abroad, mostly in Brussels, Strasbourg, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the UK, Prague and the Balkan countries. Awarded a Robert Schuman Scholarship by the European Parliament twice, Elena Gavrilova is a Robert Schuman scholar who has specialized in business consultancy. Among her projects/clients are international federations, the European Parliament, GSHL, Ispat Industries, the University of Cambridge, the BMW Group for BMW, MINI & Rolls Royce, Ernst & Young.
Elena is a volunteer for whom working in the name of common good is conviction and hobby. Having embraced the mission to improve the lives of underprivileged young people many of them deprived of parental care and to provide opportunities for their social integration in Bulgaria, Elena is a mentor of a boy who has lost his next of kin. Working together for social change, Elena Gavrilova also coaches the NGO team of volunteers on soft skills.
